Certified personal trainer, Katina Fink has dedicated her life to fitness. Starting her own fitness journey 4 years ago, losing 40 pounds and straight into body building. She understands the steps and courage it takes to start a fitness journey of any kind. Her passion for helping others achieve their personal best shows in her skilled training. Energetic and knowledgable, she will always be able to push you beyond what you thought imaginable. Specializing in female body building, introduction to free weights. Tabata, high intensity interval training, and metabolic circuit training. Adapting to any clients goals is a must for personal trainers and she does it with ease.
