(3) - 1 hour private training sessions with personal trainer. Complete program specifically designed for you and your body. Done in your home or trainers. Some programming will be taken outside (weather permitting).

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice cancellation for all services needed or session will be marked used. ***HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE, THE HOURS ABOVE ARE NOT THE ONLY HOURS TRAINERS ARE AVAILABLE PLEASE DISCUSS WITH TRAINER WHAT TIMES WORK FOR YOU, WE ARE GLADLY TO WORK AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE.
